CAn you believe I'm not even planning on reading the book? True! Still unicorns may change my mind! Lovely yarn.
Hi Mary,
Really--not planning on reading the book? It is really an amazing and epic journey--but one that starts with the first book. There are unicorns in the other books, but not this one, except for the occasional mention of unicorn hairs in wand cores. If you're a fan of Joseph Campbell--this story fits in with the "Hero with a Thousand Faces" and "the Power of Myth".
